FanboyTheatre.com & FanFilmFollies have come together and have started the first Fan Film Podcast. When it comes to the subject of Fan Films there’s no outlet to learn more about the creators or for an open dialogue about the subject matter. The only exception I know of is The Infamous Jackson Brothers who actually produce a videocast discussing and reviewing Fan Films. Beyond that – notta.

What to expect in Episode 1 “Fanboy Will and I would like to welcome you to listen to the inaugural episode of our Fan Film Podcast. Consider it our pre-show warm up. Perhaps it should have been called episode “0″. After two months of planning the day has finally arrived and it almost sounds like we know what we’re doing. You can listen to the cast by going to our official website, Fan Film Podcast, or just enter into the “Follies” where the CAST is also streaming.Of course this “PODCAST” would be nothing without the people that brought us to this point and that’s the countless amazing talents around the world who create these fantastic films. This is their show as they talk about and promote their hard work.Will and I really want to make this a community broadcast as well. So if you have suggestions for topics, guests, or maybe even want to be apart of the CAST make sure you drop us a line. Our contact information can be found on the site.For now we’ll have new shows each week for the next four weeks. This was originally planned to be a monthly PODCAST, but the response so far from the Fan Film Community has been unexpectedly (perhaps surprisingly) receptive for the lack of better terminology. We won’t run out of topics or guests anytime soon. We’ll see what happens! AND SPEAKING OF – Next week we’ll be delving full force into Tomb Raider fan films. It’s Croftapalooza as Fanboy Will calls it. We’ll be spotlighting and reviewing films based on the Lara Croft character. Also expect the first part of our interview with the talents behind Tomb Raider: Ascension, director Stephen Reynolds and actress Anna Tyrie.
