This is just too cool, Vimeo user RYO has put together a nice follow focus using just lego’s. The kicker is that the plans are in Japanese, look’s like you gotta use Google translate, oh well no biggie. Im sure we all have lego’s laying around and if not there always Ebay.

In a better world we would be able to use a iphone on other network’s other then AT&T, Play Halo on your PS3 and install Mac OS x onto any machine we wanted too, but because on crazy rules by Steve Jobs (like no flash on Mac’s or Ipad’s) we cant so other people have set out to hack OS x and allow it to install to any PC. Similar to The DSLR Cinematography Guide, NoFilmSchool.com has done it again, this time making a HUGE 17-page online tutorial on how to turn your PC into a Hackintosh. So you wanna use Final Cut Pro and you dont have $2000 to put down on a mac book pro. The only 2 way’s to install Final Cut Pro buy a mac or watch some of the video’s below. Installing Mac OS on a PC your pc needs to be at least a dual core with a decent video card and at least 2 gigs of memory. I have installed Mac OS on my PC, it worked fine just a few minor bugs. There are a couple of different ways to install Mac OS on a PC. Below I added some video’s to help you with the task.
Things you will need to install MAC OS on a PC:
1: dual core PC or higher
2: at least 2 gigs on memory
3: 10 to 20 gigs free hard drive space
4: a copy of MAC OS and Final Cut Pro
So, why aren’t Windows PC’s capable of running OS X? Well, Windows PC’s are capable of running OS X. But, it is against Apple’s licensing agreement to do so. Thus, this article is intended for educational and demonstration purposes only.
